Ingalls Crossing Farm Bed and Breakfast

    This calendar and policy page is constantly updated, as room reservations come in.  If your special dates show availability, you can usually assume that we have room for you - but you must email us with your reservation request!   We will contact you as soon as possible, always within 24 hours.  Our email address is  ingcross@bcn.net  or simply click on any of the email links provided.

PLEASE NOTE:   We prefer to do our reservations by email for the sake of accuracy and efficiency.  We're working dairy farmers, so we're outside working with animals and tools.  We appreciate your patience.

International inquiries MUST be made via email, as we are not set up to return international calls. PayPal is available in many countries, and is by far the easiest way to make an international deposit.

Reservations are required in advance, and your reservation is not complete until we have your deposit in hand.

Deposits should be timely, as we will not hold rooms without one.

Please scroll down to see our cancellation and refund policy at the bottom of this page.

For advance reservations of two or more nights, deposit will equal one-half of your total reservation amount.
For advance one night reservations, your one night rate will be collected in full as deposit.

If you are making a last-minute reservation (inside one week), please be prepared to use PayPal to make your deposit.
We will send you an invoice through PayPal, and you will be able to remit your deposit with a credit card, even if you do not have (or wish to have) a PayPal account.

We will email you a confirmation of your reservation when we receive your deposit, and will include driving directions
within Williamstown.       

Ingalls Crossing is a breakfast-only guest lodging with a small under-counter fridge, which we keep stocked with milk, juice, butter and yogurt for your use.   There are no cooking facilities.  Guests are expected to take lunch and dinner elsewhere.  Please do not bring in coolers of food.   Williamstown has a wide variety of restaurants serving lunch and dinner. 

We are unable to accommodate special dietary requirements. 

We cannot accommodate pets, but we will be happy to provide you with referrals to local pet-boarding facilities.

We cannot accommodate extended stays or weddings.

We are taking reservations for Williams Commencements through 2014.

 Please read our policies regarding reservations
for Williams College events and Family & Reunion Weekends.


CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS:   Regrettably, cancellations and last-minute changes in reservations have become much more numerous in recent years, leaving us with open rooms when other inquiries have been turned away.  We have toughened our policies as a result.   We understand that people have busy, unpredictable lives, but our tiny establishment is not in a position to absorb the losses resulting from changes and cancellations.   Please make firm plans when reserving at Ingalls Crossing.

 ~ Reservation amount IN FULL will be collected as deposit for Williams Event, Commencement, Family and Reunion weekends.  This deposit is non-refundable, as these dates have historically proven to be subject to frequent last-minute changes/cancellations. 

~ Deposits connected to cancellations made more than two weeks prior to reservation date will be refunded minus $ 25.00 - if and when we are able to re-rent the rooms.

~ Deposits connected to cancellations made inside the two-week window will not be refunded.

~ Changes in reservations made inside the two-week window which result in a lesser number of reserved days will not result in reduced balance due.   Balance due will remain the same as agreed upon in the orginal reservation.

~ Exceptions are at the owners' discretion.
